World Defining Industries
Proud to Work with Global Leaders
We are proud to work with a company like Outokumpu. As Europe’s largest producer of stainless steel, they combine industrial scale with a clear sense of purpose and agility. What inspires us is their focus on expertise over titles, and their ability to bring talent together across functions and borders. Outokumpu shows how large organizations can remain ambitious, collaborative and fast-moving.
Outokumpu is Europe’s largest stainless steel producer and the second largest in the United States.
They operate in one of the most consequential industries on the planet, one that accounts for about seven to nine percent of all global greenhouse gas emissions.
Outokumpu is setting a new standard for the steel industry by becoming its cleanest and most responsible operator. They also hold a unique position as the owner of Europe’s only ferrochrome mine, a critical material in stainless steel production.
We’ve had the privilege of working with Outokumpu for more than two years across a wide range of projects.
Our collaboration began with the event concept and all creative executions for the expansion of the Kemi chromium mine. Since then, it has grown into a deeper partnership. Most recently, we worked on crystallizing and implementing their new strategy, Evolve.
What makes Outokumpu stand out to us is their ability to remain dynamic and flexible despite their scale.
We work with both startups and large corporations, and Outokumpu, while clearly in the latter group, still operates with a level of agility that is rare at their size. If more big companies shared this mindset, the economy as a whole would benefit.
Our role has been wide-ranging. We have acted as strategic partners, helping Outokumpu see and articulate the world around them with clarity.
We have also been deeply involved in the craft itself: directing, shooting, editing, and creating VFX, graphic assets, and layouts for a variety of applications and channels.
It is a close partnership that reaches the highest levels when needed and continues to inspire us through their ability to combine scale with agility.
